- Processing Fee: The fee is charged for our consultancy services and covers the support we provide during your U.S. tourist visa application process. The processing fee does not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions are made by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you wish to cancel our services after you’ve already paid the processing fee, please note the following:
- Partial Refund Policy: If you cancel your request after payment, we will provide a partial refund of the processing fee. The amount refunded will depend on the work we have already completed and will be determined through negotiation with you. Please contact us directly to discuss the terms of your refund, and we will work together to find a fair solution.
4. Visa Approval and Responsibility
Our role is to provide guidance and advice throughout your visa application process. However, we want to clarify that:
- Visa Approval: The final decision on whether or not to issue a visa rests entirely with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. While we strive to give you the best advice possible, American Visa Processing Solution does not guarantee visa approval.
- No Liability for Rejection: If your visa application is denied or rejected after we have provided our services, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome. The visa decision is solely at the discretion of U.S. immigration authorities. Our consultancy services are focused on assisting you in the preparation and submission of your application, not on the outcome of the decision.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can provide the best support, you are responsible for:
- Providing Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information throughout the visa application process. Any false or misleading information may result in delays, rejections, or legal consequences for which we are not responsible.
- Timely Cooperation: Please ensure that you respond promptly to our requests for documentation or additional information. Delays in providing required documents may affect the timeline of your visa application.
